Job Description
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 8β10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in electronics or EMS industry.
- At least 3β5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
