Purchasing Specialist | Senai

The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for generating purchase orders, following up with suppliers, and managing inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain and 2 years of experience in the field.

Requirements

• Generate purchase order to supplier as per customer forecast or firm order with customer approved AVL and material lead time.
• Follow up with supplier purchase order acknowledgement and delivery confirmation.
• Responsible of working with team to perform efficiency and teamwork.
• Update and ensure receipt transaction from supplier in system on time.
• Manage suppliers to meet company objectives in the area of quality and inventory control.
• Ensure with custom approval for any of the return shipment to supplier.
