Senior Finance Executive | Kulai

Manage the full financial reporting cycle, prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and lead the finance team to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Minimum 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role
• Mandatory experience in the manufacturing sector (technology manufacturing experience is an added advantage)
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills with solid knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Familiarity with financial systems and digital tools, with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
