Job Description
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Deployment Strategist to join an enterprise AI startup environment. The Deployment Strategist will own customer implementations from post-sale through full production rollout, operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and enterprise clients.
Requirements
- Own and lead end-to-end deployment lifecycle across multiple enterprise clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, including VP-level leadership
- Partner with customers to design data models, workflows, and system architecture
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured execution plans
- Work directly with engineering teams to ensure accurate technical implementation
- Support late-stage sales cycles by advising on solution scope and feasibility
