Job Description
Assembled is looking for an Enterprise Deployment Strategist to lead the technical deployment process and drive customer relationships during onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers. The role involves building customer relationships, guiding technical deployment projects, and developing deployment best practices based on product expertise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service
- Experience working with SQL, APIs, and integrations
- Implementation management and SaaS/AI experience preferred
- Ability to think strategically while being in the weeds
- Grit, determination, and tenacity needed to push through roadblocks
