We are seeking proven outbound professionals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, know how to open doors with technical decision-makers, and can help build pipeline infrastructure from the ground up.

Requirements

• Build qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other modern channels
• Research target organizations, identify buying triggers, and tailor outreach based on technical environments and security priorities
• Engage senior-level technical buyers including CTOs, VP Engineering, Heads of Security, and related stakeholders
• Own the front-end sales process from account targeting through qualified meeting generation
• Partner directly with founders and leadership to refine messaging, territory strategy, and outbound motion
• Leverage modern prospecting platforms, automation tools, and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and response rates
• Attend industry conferences, trade events, and networking opportunities to generate opportunities and strengthen brand visibility
• Maintain CRM accuracy, activity discipline, and pipeline reporting standards
• Provide market intelligence and prospect feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy

Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
• On-Target Earnings: $90,000 – $120,000 + equity potential
