Job Description
Founding Sales Executive for a high-growth fintech startup building financial infrastructure solutions. Own the full commercial sales cycle, generate and maintain a self-sourced pipeline, and close deals with senior decision makers. Collaborate closely with leadership to shape the sales motion, messaging strategy, and commercial execution.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of consultative B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota through new business acquisition
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical decision makers
- Strong problem-solving ability and consultative selling approach
