Job Description
Industrial Engineer to drive measurable operational performance improvements across production and business functions, analyzing current workflows, labor utilization, and production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Demonstrated success improving throughput, reducing waste, and eliminating process constraints
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel or similar analytical tools
- Proven ability to lead initiatives independently and influence cross-functional teams
- Stable employment history with demonstrated tenure in prior roles
