Job Description
Litigation Associate Commercial & Complex Matters: Represent clients in high-stakes commercial and complex litigation, manage case files, drive litigation forward, and collaborate with senior attorneys. Opportunity to grow courtroom experience and work with a broad client base.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of solid litigation experience
- Background in commercial or complex civil litigation
- Proven ability to manage case files and drive litigation forward
- Licensed in Tennessee, or eligible to waive in
- Excellent writing, communication, and courtroom skills
