Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a driven, disciplined, and career-minded Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in sales. You will be trusted with the first and most critical step of the sales process: creating qualified opportunities that convert into revenue.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technology or software environment
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed goals (quotas, KPIs, or performance benchmarks)
• Comfort and confidence with cold calling and outbound sales activity
• Working knowledge of sales fundamentals, including pipeline stages, lead qualification, and ideal customer profiles
• Clear and genuine desire to build a career in sales, with the goal of advancing into an Account Executive role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport
• High level of personal accountability, coachability, and competitive drive
