Job Description
Senior Litigation Docketing Specialist (Onsite) for a highly regarded law firm in Atlanta. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in litigation calendaring, strong familiarity with rule-based docketing platforms, and a proven ability to support high-volume litigation teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of direct litigation docketing experience within a law firm environment
- Hands-on proficiency with Aderant CompuLaw or a similar rule-based docketing system (CourtAlert, eDockets, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local court rules and litigation procedures
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex filings and extract enforceable deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Prior experience mentoring, training, or serving as a lead resource within a docketing team
- Ability to work fully onsite in Atlanta, GA
- Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship now or in the future)
- Comfort with the stated compensation range of $75,000 – $85,000
