Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies
- Track emerging company financings and venture activity
- Partner with Securities & Capital Markets teams to monitor IPO pipelines
- Collaborate with Mergers & Acquisitions teams to identify likely acquisition targets
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to produce high-quality pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
- Work with global business development colleagues to identify and advance cross-selling initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and refine practice marketing materials
- Evaluate, manage, and execute sponsorships and strategic partnerships
- Plan and oversee client events, webinars, seminars, and conferences
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on media relations, thought leadership, and digital initiatives
