HireRight is looking to hire a Global Compensation Manager responsible for designing and maintaining the compensation strategy and structure to attract and retain employees while meeting compliance and budgetary requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing broad-based compensation programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or similar discipline OR equivalent experience
- CCP Certification preferred
- Knowledge of relevant (APAC, EMEA) market practices and international law governing salary is essential
- Knowledge of UltiPro HCM and the HRSoft compensation tools a plus
- Ability to present data in a logical and concise manner to multiple levels (executive, director, frontline management) within the organization
- Strong project management skills
- Must be well-organized and be able to resolve problems diplomatically and effectively
- Highly proficient in Excel; Expert Level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate and work effectively across geographic and business boundaries within team and with senior business stakeholders
