Compensation & Benefits Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to work within the Continental Europe Compensation & Benefits team with the implementation of European Pay Transparency, Global Job Architecture and Benefits optimisation being top priorities for 2025.

Requirements

• Experience within Compensation and Benefits within Belgium and Netherlands, with some exposure to EMEA
• 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits management, with a strong focus on European pay transparency and global job architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree or certifications in C&B or HR-related areas (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CCP)
