Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to work within the Continental Europe Compensation & Benefits team with the implementation of European Pay Transparency, Global Job Architecture and Benefits optimisation being top priorities for 2025.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits management, with a strong focus on European pay transparency and global job architecture
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations, particularly in Europe
- Expertise in pay equity analysis, including gender neutrality
- Experience with GDPR compliance in the context of compensation and benefits
