Requirements
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for MV/HV products.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across utilities and industrial users.
- Deliver technical presentations, Lunch & Learns, and demandâcreation activities.
- Partner with FrontâEnd Sales and account teams on visits, forecasting, and planning.
- Build and manage longâterm customer and channelâpartner relationships.
- Lead proposal discussions, negotiations, and contract followâthrough.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ability to travel 30%â50% within assigned region.
