Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in MV/LV, T&D, industrial, construction, or utility environments
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, power systems, and substation equipment
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel 30%–50% within the Mid‐Atlantic region
