General Sales & Marketing work, face-to-face and/or remote sales, assessing customer needs, planning and delivering marketing strategy, evaluating product/brand P&L, providing customer service and support. Experienced Professional with practical knowledge of job area, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve ambitious targets.
Requirements
- Degree qualifications in Engineering (electrical) or recognized equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (preferably tendering).
- Knowledge of AIS substation equipment: Instrument Transformers/ Live Tank Breakers / Disconnectors & Earthing Switches.
- Prior experience in Utilities tendering process.
- Strong understanding of the power and energy industry landscape, including relevant technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Estimating and tendering experience (MS Excel based system).
- Computer literacy and competent in using SFDC (preferable), MS Word, MS Excel
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Time management, co-ordination, accuracy, attention to detail and performing in a pressure environment are necessary.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
