HR Specialist

We’re looking for a HR Specialist to manage daily human resources operations, covering the full employee lifecycle, including Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics, and HR Information Systems. The role involves processing HR requests, maintaining accurate employee data, and providing support to internal customers.

Requirements

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR management, Business administration or Economical background
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role
• Sound knowledge of labor legislation, HR practices and methodologies
• Fluent English language – verbal and written
• Knowledge and skills to work with MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
