Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HSE Specialist to implement and oversee health, safety, and environmental standards within our local unit to ensure compliance with regulations. The role involves conducting risk assessments, providing training, managing incident investigations, and promoting a culture of health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (CAP IV or VI, recognized by ACT)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles within the industrial, construction, or energy sector
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing control measures
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct training sessions and engage employees, both in English and Portuguese
- Ability to drive behavioral change and promote a culture of HSE responsibility
