- High School degree or GED equivalent required
- Mechanical, electrical, and/or fabrication skills and experience
- Basic computer skills, including SAP
- HVAC and welding experience preferred
- Ability to operate industrial equipment, including cranes and forklifts
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and simple schematics
