Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or fabrication tasks
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with SAP
- HVAC and welding experience preferred
- Ability to operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and simple schematics
- Experience in lean manufacturing (4Q, JIDOKA, 6S) is a plus
