Job Description
Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking a Heat Treat Manager to oversee all aspects of heat treat processes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate brings extensive heat treat experience, knowledge of industry standards, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing team in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in heat treat operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment producing small parts
- Leadership experience managing production teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP quality standards and lean manufacturing principles
