Supervisor, Maintenance

We are looking for a Supervisor, Maintenance to lead the maintenance department and oversee the operation of all activities within the department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or project management, and proven communication skills with other departments.

Requirements

• Plan, organize, and direct operation of all activities within the maintenance department.
• Schedule the work activities of the Maintenance Department to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain all modules within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Initiate and implement as assigned - capital projects to meet established budgets and schedules.
• Responsible for hourly performance reviews and weekly attendance
• Maintain a training and development program within the maintenance department
• Responsible for maintaining life safety systems
