Join HITEC as a Manufacturing Engineer and contribute to the development and improvement of production processes, tooling, and workstations. Analyze and design workflows, evaluate quality control processes, and support decision-making within the production environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable function within the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality methods such as MSA, SPC, Cpk, PFMEA, and root cause analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Analytical ability to translate design choices into process impact.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, and CAD software (SolidWorks).
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive attitude in gathering information and a strong team player.

- Salary between €4,500 and €5,200 based on a full-time employment contract and dependent on education/experience
