Hive is a leading provider of cloud-based AI solutions. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Backend to help us execute our vision and grow our team of best-in-class engineers. The ideal candidate has experience building scalable web applications and is passionate about creating high-quality code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with building scalable web applications
- Experience with Node.js, designing and implementing highly-available distributed systems/microservices, and building platforms that expose scalable backend APIs
- Deep experience working with relational databases, Postgres preferred
- Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting platforms
- High code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
