Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with membership of a recognised professional accounting body
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and management reporting, preferably within universities, NGOs or sizeable organisations
- Strong analytical mind, effective problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, independent, responsible and proactive in seeking solutions
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese (Cantonese and preferably Putonghua), as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in computer software, with hands-on experience in Oracle financials considered an advantage
