About the Company
Established in 2000, the College of International Education (CIE) is a self-funded unit of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), offering full-time associate degree (AD), Higher Diploma (HD) and Undergraduate (UG) Honours Degree Programmes at the Shek Mun (Shatin) campus.
Job Description
The appointee will be responsible for providing academic registry services support and frontline counter services for self-funded undergraduate programmes offered by the College of International Education (CIE) at the Shatin Shek Mun Campus.
Requirements
- Holder of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma with at least one year of work experience; OR (ii) Possession of HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language, or Yi Jin graduates, with more work experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office application (both English and Chinese);
- Be able to work both independently and in a team.
