Engineer, Estates Office

The appointees will be members of the Building Services and Systems in Estates Office and responsible for leading a team of frontline staff and managing contractors to perform the operation and maintenance of building services and fitting-out projects on all campuses of the University.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in Mechanical /Building Services/ Electrical Engineering or above
• Familiar with statutory requirements and Codes of Practice
• Possession of a valid Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or above
• Excellent knowledge of building services engineering and associated work experience in design, installation, operation and maintenance
• Experience in computer-aided design (AutoCAD), facilities management, operation and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning systems is highly desired
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
