Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant

The Office of the Provost and Office of the Vice-President (Research and Development) are inviting applications for the position of Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant. The role involves assisting with daily office operations, providing clerical assistance, and supporting logistical tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of relevant work experience in tertiary institution or public organisation
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
