The appointee is expected to provide general administrative support to the Centre's programmes and projects. The job includes providing administrative support for credit-bearing courses and related activities, handling confidential files and correspondences, preparing and monitoring budgets, and delivering front-line support services to staff, students, and external bodies.
Requirements
- Possess a recognised bachelor's degree with preferably three years of post-qualification work experience in the tertiary education sector
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as good hands-on computer skills
- Be organised, efficient, highly motivated, and have the ability to work independently; and solid analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills are required for the post
