Job Description
The Legal Counsel will provide legal and compliance support to the University on institution-wide matters and operations, including governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- A qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in and knowledge of general corporate legal matters and/or intellectual property laws
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua)
- Good IT literacy
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attentive to details, highly organised, able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
