Manager, Estates Office

The University is looking for a dynamic Project Management and Development Planning Manager for the Estates Office. This role involves project management for campus development, renovation work, and maintenance, as well as communication with stakeholders and government departments. Candidates must have relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• A recognised degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Building Engineering & Management or a related discipline with at least eight years of post qualification of relevant work experience
• Full member of HKIS, HKICM or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer applications related to project management and construction administrations
