Job Description
Oversee project management, including budget, quality, safety, and site progress for new residential and commercial developments. Ensure ongoing projects meet performance goals and timelines. Supervise project teams and ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
Requirements
- HKIE, CIOB, or equivalent membership preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in building construction, preferably with main contractors.
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Project Manager roles.
