Construction Manager (Major Waterworks Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a critical waterworks project in Hong Kong on behalf of our client. This senior role holds ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery of the construction contract.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Civil Discipline or an equivalent recognized professional body.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Project Manager/Construction Manager for a main contractor within the last 10 years.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in the role of Construction Manager or Site Agent under an NEC contract, OR hold a certification as an NEC3 or NEC4 Service Manager/Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering or waterworks contracts.
