Site Agent (Major Infrastructure & Waterworks)

On behalf of a leading global engineering & construction conglomerate, we are looking for a decisive and authoritative Site Agent to serve as the full-time on-site leader for a major Hong Kong waterworks project.

Requirements

• Full-time, day-to-day management and supervision of all on-site construction activities.
• Receive and execute instructions directly from the client's Service Manager, with full authority to act on behalf of our client on site.
• Ensure all site works comply with the project's Scope, Particular Specifications, and all safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and materials to meet project schedules.
• Chair site meetings, maintain detailed records, and provide regular progress reports.
