The University is looking for a Manager, Learning and Development to support the development and implementation of training and development strategies. The role will involve conducting analysis, designing learning strategies, developing learning tools, and evaluating programme effectiveness.
Requirements
- Recognised degree in Human Resources, Language or Communications
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in managing Learning and Development programme
- Experience as a trainer / facilitator and an instructional designer
- Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and project management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua
