Requirements
- Conducting analysis to understand training needs from internal clients;
- Designing targeted learning and development strategies;
- Developing appropriate learning tools and interventions;
- Selecting and managing external vendors;
- Executing and overseeing programme delivery;
- Evaluating programme effectiveness and preparing reports;
- Supporting corporate HR projects focused on Organisation and Talent Development.
