Requirements

• Conducting analysis to understand training needs from internal clients;
• Designing targeted learning and development strategies;
• Developing appropriate learning tools and interventions;
• Selecting and managing external vendors;
• Executing and overseeing programme delivery;
• Evaluating programme effectiveness and preparing reports;
• Supporting corporate HR projects focused on Organisation and Talent Development.
