The Manager, Office of Council and Court Secretariat and Legal provides professional administrative support to the secretariat team, including University-wide projects. Responsibilities include preparing meeting papers, reports, and other documents, handling translation, liaising with external organisations, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of post-degree full-time relevant work experience
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and excellent organisational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong self-motivation, able to work independently and as part of a team as well as the ability to work under pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Possess good computer knowledge and skills including data analysis, spreadsheet, PowerPoint presentation and database management
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
