The appointee is expected to assist the Assistant Director of Finance in supervising a team of 13 accounting staff to carry out duties related to payroll and staff benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, and at least five years of solid supervisory experience
- Must be a qualified accountant with membership of a recognised professional accounting body
- Strong analytical mind, good interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills and willingness to accept new challenges
- Good numerical sense and detailed-minded in planning/execution
- Strong leadership, self-initiative and organisational skills in coaching, motivating and retaining talent
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
