The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the payroll and staff benefits team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of staff payroll, compensation, retirement and fringe benefits. They will supervise a team of 13 accounting staff and assist the Assistant Director of Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- At least five years of solid supervisory experience
- Membership of a recognised professional accounting body
- Strong analytical mind
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Willingness to accept new challenges
- Good numerical sense
- Detailed-minded in planning/execution
- Strong leadership and self-initiative
- Organisational skills in coaching, motivating and retaining talent
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
