Senior Finance Manager (Payroll & Retirement Benefit Section)

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the payroll and staff benefits team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of staff payroll, compensation, retirement and fringe benefits. They will supervise a team of 13 accounting staff and assist the Assistant Director of Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• At least five years of solid supervisory experience
• Membership of a recognised professional accounting body
• Strong analytical mind
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Willingness to accept new challenges
• Good numerical sense
• Detailed-minded in planning/execution
• Strong leadership and self-initiative
• Organisational skills in coaching, motivating and retaining talent
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
