Job Description
Hmong College Prep Academy is seeking a K-12 Due Process Specialist to support students through the special education process. This role involves assisting with evaluations, ensuring compliance with state and district regulations, and providing clerical support. The position is a Title I Charter School focused on student success and community engagement.
Requirements
- Current MN teaching license in one or more Special Education, Learning Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders Grades K-age 21 (grade 12)
- 3+ years of teaching experience
- Knowledge of computer operation, data entry and retrieval
- Knowledge of office procedures, practices, and policies
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to analyze situations carefully
