Job Description
We're seeking a Business Development Officer to lead business and client development efforts, increasing HNTB's market share and achieving a dominant position with transportation clients. This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, leading client discovery activities, and strengthening relationships with clients and external influencers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 15 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of degree, 19 years of relevant experience
- Experience with and an understanding of the A&E industry with an emphasis on client development and emerging markets within the industry
