Job Description
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of all venues, products, and services to support management in each concept within the Hotel Swexan. They will assist with daily operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure positive and courteous service to guests.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage
- Impeccable and flexible guest communication skills
- Ability to multitask and function independently and in a team atmosphere
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
