We are currently hiring for Food & Beverage Supervisor at Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake. The role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all food and beverage experiences.
Requirements
- Hands-on leadership style and experience in food and beverage within a hotel or hospitality setting
- Food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations knowledge
- Experience in scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage
- Monitoring service quality, resolving guest concerns, and driving guest satisfaction
- Collaborating with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Inventory control, ordering, and cost-awareness
- Training, onboarding, and performance development of food and beverage associates
- Valid Food Handler and TABC certifications (or ability to obtain them prior to starting)
- Professionalism, leadership presence, and a guest-first mindset
