Requirements

• 3-5 years of handyman or maintenance experience
• Ownership of basic hand tools
• Ability to lift and carry tools and materials up to 50 lbs regularly and 75-100 lbs occasionally
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a general understanding of property management environments
• Fluency in English
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
