Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of condo associations in the Houston area, with strong condominium experience and knowledge of Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA).

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of condominium associations
• Serve as primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
• Prepare and manage budgets, review financials, and deliver monthly reports
