Maintenance Technician

Keymont Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to conduct all business in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and KCM’s established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Administrative tasks
• Performing emergency repairs, including corrective and necessary clean-up
• Routine maintenance, including electrical and plumbing work
• Preventative maintenance, including scheduling and performing routine checks
• Keeping detailed notes on repairs and maintenance, including photographs/documentation
• Reporting instances of vendor workmanship concerns to supervisor immediately
• Track work hours to equal eight hours work day
• Provide lists of deficiencies or damage within buildings, and where applicable, lease violations within buildings and/or apartments

Benefits
