Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with strong condominium experience to oversee a growing portfolio of condo associations in the Houston area.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of condominium associations, overseeing daily operations and property performance
• Serve as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
• Prepare and manage budgets, review financials, and deliver monthly reports
• Oversee vendors and contractors
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA) and manage risk, insurance, and documentation
