Property Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager with 3–5 years of experience to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in residential property management
• DC Property Manager License (preferred, but we’ll help you get it if not)
• Strong knowledge of property management practices and housing regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage vendors and maintenance operations
• Proficiency with property management software (Propertyware preferred) and Microsoft Office
