Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and achieve budgeted financial and operational goals for an assigned residential property. The Property Manager will ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years' experience as a multi-family property manager
- Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- LIHTC/HUD experience
